By signing below, I (the "Contributor") affirm and agree as follows with respect to MU, the Unreal Engine game, and the Shekels contributor program (together, the "Project"), stewarded by Cesar Nieto [or the Project's designated legal entity, once formed] (the "Project Steward").

1. Ownership of the Project

1.1 The Project — including its source code, Unreal Engine project files, art, audio, designs, story, characters, world, names, trademarks, documentation and all derivatives (the "Project Materials") — is the intellectual property of the Project.

1.2 The Project Materials are held by the Project Steward for the benefit of the holders of Shekels tokens, as set out in the Project's governing documents as published and amended from time to time. [Counsel to confirm structure — see note to Cesar in README.]

1.3 Nothing in this agreement gives me any ownership interest, license, or other right in the Project Materials, except the limited access right in Section 3.

2. My contributions

2.1 Any work I submit for a bounty or otherwise to the Project (a "Contribution") is assigned to the Project Steward, to be held on the same basis as Section 1.2, upon submission. To the extent assignment is not possible, I grant the Project Steward an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify and distribute it without restriction.

2.2 I waive, to the extent the law allows, any moral rights in my Contributions, and agree the Project may credit me by my chosen display name.

2.3 I confirm each Contribution is my original work, or that I have clearly disclosed any third-party, open-source, marketplace or AI-generated material and its license, and that I have the right to make this assignment.

2.4 Rewards (Shekels, Builder Points, credits) are earned only for Contributions accepted under the published bounty rules. Rewards are not wages and do not create employment, partnership, or agency. Reward amounts and token availability are not guaranteed until published.

3. Limited access to the source code

3.1 On approval of my registration, the Project may grant me access to its private source repository solely to perform bounty and contributor work under the Project's rules.

3.2 Access is personal, revocable at any time, and ends automatically when I stop contributing or breach this agreement.

4. No forks, no redistribution, no ownership claims

4.1 Forks of the game are not allowed. I will not fork, copy, mirror, or create any derivative or competing version of the game or the Project Materials outside the Project's official repository and workflow. (Short-lived branches and private working copies kept only to complete an assigned bounty, inside the Project's repository, are permitted.)

4.2 I will not publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, upload, or share any Project Materials, or my access credentials, with anyone outside the Project.

4.3 I will not claim ownership of, register, or assert rights to any Project Materials or Contributions, including in trademarks, domains, tokens, NFTs or app stores.

4.4 I will keep non-public Project information confidential during and after my participation.

4.5 On request, or when my access ends, I will delete all local copies of Project Materials that are not publicly released.

5. Conduct and verification

5.1 One registration per person. I will provide accurate identity and contact information, and complete identity, tax and sanctions checks before any payout if required.

5.2 I will follow the Project's contribution guidelines, code of conduct and anti-farming rules.

6. Remedies

I understand that a breach of Sections 3 or 4 may cause irreparable harm, and that the Project may revoke access, withhold or claw back unvested rewards for that work, and seek injunctive relief and any other remedy available by law.

7. General

7.1 Governing law: [State of Georgia, USA — TBD by counsel]. 7.2 If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. 7.3 The Project may publish updated versions; continued access after notice requires accepting the new version. 7.4 This is the entire agreement on its subject.

8. Electronic signature

I agree to sign electronically. My typed full name below, together with the checked boxes, the date and time recorded, and the agreement version and fingerprint shown, is my legal signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
